This painting belongs to the serie 6+4, a serie of portraits using as a rule and as a common thread the sentence “here is your portrait with a 6 and a 4” (kids sentence when learning to draw a simple portrait, 6 for the eye shape and 4 for the nose shape). This rule allows me to focus in exploring with composition, line, shape and color. This serie is also the image for Sense Pressa wines, crafted by Marius Long.
